Dominican Sticker Set

A celebration of the Dominican culture and customs. I wanted to create a set of stickers in my style of illustration that represented the some of my favorite things about my Dominican roots. The main concept that kept coming to mind was joy, so I decided to focus on some of the things about the Dominican Republic that made me feel joyful and happy. Those things ended up being the food, the music and the carnival.
Pencil-Keet Parrot Re-imagination

A redesign to the imaginary creature the Pencil-Keet Parrot from the children's storybook "The Ice-Cream Cone Coot and Other Rare Birds." In this retelling, the character is designed to be in the environment described in the story.

The conceptual theme was to create adorable, inviting and cartoon-looking animals for different scenarios. The background is meant to stay as minimal as possible to direct the emphasis on the subjects and typography.
